One of the values of KBT is having one of the best transaction coordinators, a listing coordinator, and someone to help with advertising and social media on the team.



The feeling of family and camaraderie is important. Everybody likes to be part of something, and with KBT, not only do we sell homes to people, but we also collectively generate revenue for the community through all of the outside professionals and other businesses we work with. I think when you are on a team, the impact you have is so much greater. I love working with the rest of KBT's administrative staff. We have the training and experience to allow agents to focus on the 20% that grows their business so they don't get bogged down in the minutia of compliance, making inspection or closing appointments, tracking schedules and coordinating with all of the parties involved in a listing or closing.
