  • Some massive failures (starting day1!)
  • Historically low interest rates and a massive market.
  • The pandemic!
  • More massive growth in the market.
  • Super fast home price appreciation.
  • Unprecedented inflation.
  • Huge market correction- where did all the buyers and sellers go?
  • We became founding shareholders in a pre-IPO tech/management firm.
