So I grew up in Greenville, North Carolina.
I lived in the south my whole life,
and everybody here is very nice.
That's why I love it here as well.
I mean, growing up playing baseball, you get to a
point when you need to hang up the cleats.
I mean, that was a tough decision and I still miss it.
I still dream about playing sometimes.
But I actually recently found a whiffleball league that I
fell in love with recently down at Ogden Tap Room.
There's a softball league here too.
I've seen frisbee golf. I've seen
cornhole, also a Dodgeball League that I've seen.
I've thought about signing up, but I kind of
messed up my shoulder playing baseball for so long,
so I'll stick to wiffle ball for now.
So when I went to Kinston, one of my friends I played
baseball with, he came to Wilmington to go to UNCW, and
I came to visit and I just fell in love with it.
Like, who doesn't want to live at the beach?
So I just moved here.
So I did basically just start a new life when
I came down here, which was refreshing to me.
I thought, I like to start new
things and then see where everything goes.
I mean, everybody loves it here.
That's why you see so many people vacation here.
Everybody just is so genuinely happy here.
I grew up playing baseball, grew up on a team, so
I knew I wanted to be something with a team.
Luckily, I found KBT Realty.
It's one of the top teams
in North Carolina for real estate.
And I was just so thankful they let
me join them, and then here I am.
Yeah, I always like making
a genuine connection with somebody.
It's just learning their background.
I mean, as I get older, you learn everybody
comes from different places, everybody has a different background,
everybody does different things throughout the day.
So it's always interesting to me
to learn what other people do.
And I expected to kind of do the same thing every day.
But you learn no day is the same.
So every day is a new challenge, new
obstacle, and new adventure every single day.
What I've learned the most is:
it's not always about the transaction.
I think you should call me because I'm a genuine guy.
If you have anything, I'm always available.
If you need me to drive 45 minutes,
go look at a property with you.
I will drop everything and do that for you.
If you need me on a weekend, I'm available.
I'm always there for you.
Well, like, my dad was in sales and cars,
so I wanted to do something with sales.
You need a place, I know a place.
If you need a car, call my dad.
We'll do everything for you.
