My name is Domino Nazarian.

I'm originally from New York and I moved to Wilmington from Boca Raton, South Florida, almost six years ago, coming from New York and then moving here from South Florida. New York, of course, is a city. South Florida is like tropical paradise. And I feel like Wilmington has all of that combined.

We had always been to Wilmington. I had come here for vacation - vacation for quite a few years. I always loved it. I always remembered it being this really gem of a coastal town. And we really just came to look and we fell in love.

So I'm here with my husband Jason and my mom and our fur babies, Charlie and Mr. Gray, who is our 29-year-old African Gray. We love the outdoors. We love this yard. One of the reasons we bought the home: we love being outside. We love being so close to the beach. We love just being in Wilmington. It has so much to offer and there's always something to do.

When I used to come down and visit Wilmington, I honestly didn't know a lot about it outside of the One Tree Hill fan club I was in. But now, today, I think Wilmington has made its statement. We hit in the top ten best places to move recently. We're always in headlines and newspaper articles.

I used to be in hospice care. My background is medical. So many years living in New York, that's what I did for a living. Transitioning from that style of work to a real estate agent is quite different. In hospice, we watch people say goodbye to their life. And now as a Realtor, I feel like I'm helping people start their life.

A win for me in real estate is not just finding the home, because that's the easy part. I really want to get to know the person. When you come to me and you say, hey, I'm looking to buy or sell - either one - I'm going to talk to you about you. Let's get to know you. What is it you like? What is going on? Really find out what the meaning of all this is. And then finding them the home that not just today or tomorrow, but a year from now, they can say, we are so happy.

Their culture, the things that they teach us, they're always keeping us up-to-date on the market, which is very important. As a Realtor, not only do you need to get to know the client, and of course have all the things I stated before, but you have to know about the market as we all know. It's constantly changing. And KBT Realty Group is so great and knowledgeable, and they're informed, and their culture follows through with everything I've said. They're like one big family and they treat their clients that way.

And that's very important to me. And they're so great. They're great to work with. They're fun. And why not KBT? KBT is the best.
