Full Job Description
As an Inside Sales Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will prospect for and acquire new clients on a daily basis from various inbound and outbound lead sources provided by our team. You will prospect, nurture and manage leads in our CRM. The goal is to set qualified appointments for our Agents.
- Rigorously prospect for new business and follow up with leads
- Achieving productivity and appointment setting goals while responding efficiently to customer inquiries and cold calling
- Primary duties include outbound calling, e-mail communication, coordination and scheduling of real estate buying and selling opportunities and overall management of sales pipeline through the sales cycle
- Follow proven scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle buyer/seller objections
- Must have strong previous sales experience... Real Estate experience preferred
- Ability to memorize and use scripts
- Enthusiastic with excellent people skills
- Tenacious and goal oriented
- Extremely strong phone skills: ability to set and close appointments over the phone!
- Dynamic, articulate and well-spoken
