Swinging Hammers for RED Day with Cape Fear Habitat for Humanity
KBT Realty Group - Keller Williams associates chose to “Give Where They Live” as part of RED Day, Keller Williams' annual day of service on Thursday, May 9 2019, dedicated to renewing, energizing and donating to local communities.
RED Day, which stands for Renew, Energize, and Donate, is a collective service initiative with a local community focus.
As part of the Wilmington North Carolina RED Day effort, KBT Realty Group spent the day with Cape Fear Habitat for Humanity at one of the “Four on Two” home construction sites at 302 South 15th Street, Wilmington NC.
KBT Realty Group closed the office for RED Day, enabling more than 20 agents, administrative staff, and associates to volunteer at the construction site.
“Keller Williams offices around the world are closed for RED Day so that we can give back to our communities,” says Becky Brown, Partner, KBT Realty Group. “It’s the most fulfilling activity that I participate in every year, and I’m thrilled to be part of the Keller Williams family.”
“KBT Realty has been an awesome, dedicated team, and jumped right into it and got right to work on wall parts and subfloor. They really knocked it out - we are now ahead of schedule and that’s a huge contribution,” said Corey Rand, Construction Crew Leader, Cape Fear Habitat for Humanity.
