Becky Brown, Broker/Realtor® and KBT co-founder, is participating and leading the KBT team for the 2022 Cape Fear Heart Walk supporting the American Heart Association.
"Who ever joins my team will help save lives together. Yes, literally. In the past, funds raised from the Heart Walk have led to scientific breakthroughs like pacemakers, cardiac stents, and artificial heart valves that keep people alive longer. Being in North Carolina with teaching hospitals, we actually receive more funds than we raise! There is still time to be a part of all the FUN. Register for my team today - you won't regret it!" Audrie Sierra, Broker/Realtor®, and Nancy Baldridge, KBT Listing Coordinator, both trekked to Raleigh for this year's Farm Aid Music Festival. Farm Aid is an all-day event that brings together artists, farmers and fans with the mission of keeping family farmers on the land.
"This year's theme is climate change, which has been affecting the rate of germination of seeds. Less crops equals less money for farmers, which really impacts agriculture in North Carolina," says Audrie.
Since 1985, Farm Aid has raised more than $64 million to help family farmers thrive. This year's concert was the second time Farm Aid has been staged at a North Carolina venue.

Reviews | feedback from our buyers and sellers
"Kirk Pugh and his team did an excellent job with the sell of our home. They were so on top of things during the entire process. Highly recommend." - Tina, Google Reviews
"Audrie Sierra was an absolute dream to work with. I somewhat knew what I wanted and the shopping around part was made so easy as she helped me streamline and navigate my search for a new home myself and my son. She was patient through my millions of questions and “what if” concerns. She was super knowledgeable and if she didn’t have an answer, she found the it through a contact or connection. Audrie was available and flexible at the times I needed, as I went through this process while still working and managing life. I can’t imagine this process having gone any more fluid and transparent, and I’m so appreciative of her kind nature and compassion to help me find the right home." - Michelle Lawson, Facebook Reviews
