The answer to a longer life might be as simple as going to see your favorite band live

Enriched by the remarkable selection of dining and entertainment, we are always ready to engage with our positive and upbeat community.
The natural beauty of the Greater Wilmington area is enhanced by the cultural scenes of food and entertainment... music being one of our biggest offerings! Live music in Wilmington NC enriches the community, and there is a wide variety of options for music lovers, from Blues to jazz, and piano bars to outdoor concert venues.
We all know the salt air is good for our health and it’s been confirmed that attending concerts regularly might help you live longer and improve your well-being, as well.
According to a new study, the research is fairly encouraging for live music fans. Patrick Fagan, an expert in behavioral science and lecturer at Goldsmiths, University of London, claims that "regularly experiencing live music is the key to building a long-standing improvement to well-being." The scientific study was commissioned by the O2 - a massive music and entertainment venue.
We always knew our area promoted a healthy lifestyle and now we can add our great music scene to the list!
In fact, Fagan’s prescription is one live concert every two weeks.
