Debbie Alford, Broker/Realtor, shares what she loves about the listing at 4 Falcon Court in Castle Hayne, North Carolina.
Which room do you love the most?
My favorite room is the kitchen. I really love the open concept, the center island, and all the new stainless steel appliances. There are also new countertops, and great cabinets.
What is unique about this property?
The home is unique due to the fact that you have a “like new” home, priced below $200,000, on a large lot, and no HOA.
You don’t want buyers to miss anything… what do you make sure to point out?
When I show this home, I make sure that buyers don’t miss the small details! There is beautiful shiplap in the master bedroom, a trendy barn door between the living area and the laundry room, new carpet, and easy-to-care-for laminate hardwood flooring.
What is the neighborhood’s personality? Is there anything special about living in this area?
This Castle Hayne neighborhood is established, with very kind, friendly neighbors. Homes here are being purchased and updated - like this one already has been - and that's great for any neighborhood. The location is near the Cape Fear Community College North Campus and Laney High School. Best of all, it has very easy access to I-40.
The listing at 4 Falcon Court, in Castle Hayne, North Carolina, is a three bedroom, two bathroom, 1552 square foot, single family home. Immaculate and freshly remodeled, the home is in a quiet cul-de-sac in Prince George Estates. It shows like new construction. Updates include HVAC and ductwork, vinyl siding, shutters, shiplap accent walls, windows in family room, LVP flooring, carpet in all bedrooms, paint throughout and all light fixtures. The kitchen boasts new stainless steel gas stove/oven and dishwasher, cabinets, countertops and island. The spacious backyard is cleared and a blank slate to create your dream landscape. The property is in a prime Castle Hayne location to quickly access I-40. It is convenient to all of the shopping and dining that historic Wilmington and coastal Carolina have to offer.
