Definitely the living room/kitchen. With an open floor plan that looks over the large fenced-in backyard, you can prepare a meal, read a book, etc., all while still keeping an eye on kids as they play.

What's not to miss?
The attic space, This is a large home, to begin with, but the with walk-in attic it gives you plenty of storage space to hide those seasonal decorations.
