Which room do you love the most?
I love the whole thing... the whole house, actually. I think having what is actually three master bedrooms is really cool. There is one on the first floor, and two more huge bedrooms, with en suites, on the second floor.
What is unique about this property?
The biggest thing about this home that makes it unique is the layout. For a family, hands-down, it is one of the best layouts I've ever been in. In this house, you have the ability to grow through a variety of family scenarios. You're almost between Wilmington and Myrtle Beach, so you really get the best of both worlds. All the shows and shopping you can get down in Myrtle, on a beer-budget. Then, when you want to have a totally different feel, you can easily skip over to Wilmington. It's about 40 minutes to Myrtle, and about 30 minutes to Wilmington.
