Advice for Buyers: Financing Condo VS Townhouse
Buyers weighing their options between condos and townhomes need to consider the differences in financing between the two.
Purchasing a townhouse is more similar to purchasing a single family home: you own the structure and the land. Contrast that with buying a condo, where a buyer only purchases the space of the actual unit. Read more here.
Team Updates | welcomes and congratulationsTom Randolph joins KBT as Transaction Coordinator. He will be working in tandem with Kristine Roody to move buyers and sellers smoothly from contract to close. Tom was previously a real estate agent in Morganton, in the North Carolina mountains. He is happy to be in the city now, living in Historic Downtown Wilmington and enjoying frequent runs along the Riverwalk.
Also joining the KBT team is Broker/REALTOR® Liz Trojan, as Inside Sales Agent. Liz relocated from Chicago to the Hampstead/Surf City area seventeen years ago. She loves the beach, kayaking, and helping people find their dream homes on the beautiful southeastern North Carolina coast. People who have registered on KBT's website may have the opportunity to hear Liz's friendly voice, making certain that they have a search created to help them in their house hunting journey, and to connect them with a team member who specializes in neighborhoods that fit their specific criteria.
This makes our heart smile! Becky Brown and Alecia Walker delivered more than 100 Valentine's made by local school children to the Arbor Landing senior living community in Hampstead.
