From now until December 19th you can drop-off your unwrapped toy donation at any one of our locations during regular office hours or showtimes at the Pointe 14 Cinema. We believe that creating a stronger, more responsible community starts with taking care of our local area kids. Caring about the quality of life our youth lives is why KBT Realty Group is participating in the Marine Toys for Tots Program.
“Not only does donating to our Toys for Tots campaign benefit less fortunate children living in the greater Cape Fear area, but it also gives our team an opportunity to experience the true spirit of the holiday season,” said Kirk Pugh, principal of KBT Realty Group. “There is no better feeling than giving back to the Wilmington community, and our team feels fortunate to be able to affect the lives of these children and their families in such a positive way.”

Food, Fellowship, Family, and Fun at KBT Realty
Kirk Pugh, Becky Brown, and Tyson Emery, pictured at right, were joined by KBT Realty team members and friends for the annual Thanksgiving Pie Day and Client Appreciation Event. More than 150 apple and pumpkin pies were shared with current and past clients in advance of the Thanksgiving day holiday. The event, which was held at the KBT Realty Group headquarters in Wilmington, was also the site of Toys For Tots donations. We are very proud to say our friends did not disappoint!
The team will finish the year with several events designed to continue to give thanks for all that has been achieved during the past four years. As we move into Year 2020, KBT Realty Group will be celebrating its fifth anniversary. Be on the lookout for your invitation and join us as we ring in a new year!

Holiday Clutter? Not in this House! Tips for Keeping Your Home Organized
The holidays are hectic enough, but when your home is on the market, it could present an additional set of challenges. It doesn’t take much time to go from a perfectly organized room to a cluttered, chaotic mess. Papers pile up on surfaces, coats and bags end up on furniture, shoe boxes and shopping bags get stuffed in the first place you can find. But if you’re proactive, you can avoid the common clutter traps. Here are five ideas for reducing clutter and keeping organized during the holiday season:

In September, closed units by KBT Realty Group grew by 21% more than the Wilmington market as a whole.
